Built From Real Land-Clearing Companies, Not Theory
OWNR OPS exists because most land-clearing OWNRS are stuck in the same spot I was: busy, stressed, guessing on bids, and wondering where the money went.
The Story
I'm Austin Gray. I run Bear Claw Land Services, a 7-figure wildfire mitigation and land-clearing company built in a tiny Colorado mountain market (about 30,000 people in the county).
I also helped launch and scale a Texas land-clearing company from $0 to around $150k/month in about 6 months using the same systems.
Before I figured this out, I was like most OWNR-operators: working my ass off, guessing on bids, living off random referrals and storm work, and wondering why there was never any money left over despite being busy all the time.
I built OWNR OPS because nobody was teaching real, land-clearing-specific systems for pricing, marketing, and operations. Everything out there was either generic "business coaching" that didn't apply to our world, or equipment-focused content that ignored the business side completely.
The Operating System
Everything at OWNR OPS is built around the Price–Pipeline–Playbook framework:
- PRICE: Crew-day math, job costing, minimums, and offer cleanup so you stop working for free
- PIPELINE: Google + Facebook + CRM + follow-up so good jobs come in on purpose
- PLAYBOOK: Weekly rhythms, scheduling, org chart, and hiring so the business runs on rails
If you want motivational fluff, this is the wrong site. If you want math, systems, and accountability from someone who actually runs a land-clearing company, you're in the right place.
